Wrex not being around in Mass Effect 2 & 3 because you killed
him in 1. Even then he just gets substituted by another turtle-klingon but that's the best example I've got.

him (which, I think, the majority of players did). They had to cut the elf guy from 2 reappearing in 3 because it was too complicated
