What if it happened in current times and somebody found his Reddit account, saw that he commented in /r/grool, and then everyone called him Richard Grool?

This kid, we will call him Timmy. His job is to keep additional monsters on him, while doing so leading him away from the rest of the group. If he doesnβt do this and the monster explodes, it can one shot the entire group and kill us all. Itβs reallyβ¦really simple that a toddler can do it. But this person on our team is as dumb as a brick. He failed the simplest of mechanics. He didnβt do at all what we asked him to do and we kept losing the fight and dying every time for his mistakes. The 3rd time I called for kicking him out but our group leader wanted to give him a chance since it would be very difficult to replace him due to a shortage of his role in the group. It was the 5th time that the insults were hurling. This is where I started screaming at him. This was all over voice chat.
βTimmy, are you braindead? I told you several times what you were supposed to do. My 4 year old daughter can do a better job than this. What part of get enemy away from the group is so difficult?β
βNah dude, Iβve had enough of this. 2 hours on this boss and we are getting no where with this. Kick him. If he canβt do the job then find someone else who can do it better. β
Other raid members also voiced their concerns. It escalated into an argument with not only the raid leader but also Timmy. Timmy didnβt speak at all but heard what we said typed in chat in response. This was why we had no idea he was a child until his mom came in and started telling us off after hearing the kid cry and us yelling at him from his speakers. We heard him cry in the background. We also found out that he was 9 year old special needs and it was way past his bedtime(12AM at the time).
I told the woman that we didnβt care and him being a 9 year old special needs kid does not change the fact that he canβt do the simple job he joined the group to do, and if he canβt do it, he can leave and weβll find someone else who can do a better job. Raid leader eventually kicked him and I banned him from our server because I was fed up with him and his mom at this point.
I didnβt know the kid was 9 and special needs and I felt bad about yelling at him and calling him the r slur, but I also wanted to complete the entire raid without incident and I was sick and tired of the constant wipes and not progressing due to other peopleβs mistakes.
