Got an email asking if I could help as on on-call ER consult to some small school full of a bunch of fricked up r-slurs. 75% are suicidal and the others just yell and scream the second they aren't given whatever they want.

I'm not some charity, I do the bare minimum to be able to practice in the ER, I'm busy as frick paying another favor and people haven't realized I truly don't give a frick. Their and the school value is worth less than my bottle of grey goose.

It's like a week out and during the weekday but sounds like fun. Invite said people like Dan Smith and Phil Ivey were invited but doubt they'll show up. It's a 500k buy-in so I don't even know if Smith can afford it or if Ivey is even in Vegas. Coon and Paul phua are also invited as a maybe since triton is holding a tournament and I think they are playing in that and not interested in a cash game

Thank fricking god I'm home and my butler pantry has booze. Turns out fricking off on drunken expeditions and going AWOL isn't looked kindly on so I had frick tons of work to catch up on. I've got like 2-3 months and I plan to spend that time either at home or just signing paperwork playing video games or hiking.

I am making great improvements so far.

Still have to tell the neighbor about the dog once.

Other than that the sewage issue neighbor said they will handle it so I let it go.

Woke up late today. Had to wake up in the middle of the night and spend an hour attempting to train the neighborhood dog to not bark at night. As far as I can tell the dogs are trainable, but it would take weeks to create new habits at least, with daily time focus.

I am at a disadvantage because I don't have a leash, I don't give out the treats, and I don't have the advantage of choosing a training location for them. So the streets are stuck with aggressive dogs in the meantime.

Today I am focusing on flow state. I feel like I would like to wake up by 5am every morning. Then just keep working on things all the way till 9pm. The main tick I am trying to fix today is to not slow down and not hesitate between choosing tasks and just keep going down the list.

So far I appear to be doing good on continually moving from task to task. I am beginning to get comfortable with the pieces that I am currently handling. Will also push for keep working till 9pm.

I also need some advice, my laptop appears to delete documents from the downloads folder in a day when I recheck after closing the pdf on the first day. Is there any fix around this that you guys are aware of?

I know it's doing this with some files because I have had to redownload one or two files recently that I remember downloading the previous day.
