I am trying to become this again.

I've actually started drinking tapwater, and am still only eating once a day.

Drinking more water is a good choice anyway. Whenever I get hungry I drink water for a little bit first then decide if I still feel like eating after. That being said, I drink enough Coke/energy drinks I should be 300lbs and have no teeth left.
