The true blackpill is that personality does matter, it's just that the ultra-majority of humanity, I'd wager in the neighborhood of 95% or more, is completely bereft of it.
This applies to all of humanity. There's no intersection or subculture that escapes it--most people are fucking boring. They're not particularly funny, unique, or interesting. Their input consists of few, if any, original and high-quality ideas, and as a result their personality carries a remarkably low weight when comprising their overall worth.
The question then becomes "if personality is removed/minimized from the equation of a persons value to a desired companion, what's left?"
The end result is astonishingly close to incel ideology. Physical appearance probably comprises an enormous amount of the pie, and an exceptional appearance would catapult your value well past any deficiencies that might drag you down. In heteronormative relationships, there's an innate market inequality when it comes to sex: Pussy is high demand, dick isn't.
That inequality is where inceldom is born. It's extremely easy in today's society to be a positively valueless person.
