TBH I've come it's not Pakistan but South Asia which has a lot of these transgressors. I've come across the most normal of uncles just being creeps on apps and social media platforms when it comes to underage girls.
Plus the tracking of paedophilia is not that prominent in South Asia so people can get away with it, making them more willing to take the risk.

I've looked into several of these cases and usually the accused are 8/10 times Pakistanis with the occasional Bangladeshi or Indian.
