When I woke up all of my friends were looking at me, concerned, and he was right next to me. I groggily asked what was happening and they asked if I had consented. Me, confused, said I was asleep. They then asked me to move to sit with them
thankfully they were so concerned about consent, but not stopping something they thought was rape in the moment
Yeah I'm all against victim blaming (at least overtly) but in some cases the "victim" should have seen it coming. It's like if I cross the road and a truck is driving above the speed limit while honking his horn at full volume and I've been able to hear it 30 seconds before he reaches me : the driver might be in the wrong legally but any non retarded person is supposed to have seen it coming.
