I totally realize most people are going to disagree with me here but I feel compelled to say that closing r/Drama for a joke wasn't a very kind thing to do. We have seen TONS of posts from vulnerable populations talking about how the sub is a source of support and humor in a dark time. Irony and dirtbagism aside, taking away that support without warning was not okay.

You can say I'm being silly, or humorless or reactionary. Whatever. I love the sub and I love the community. But sometimes I come home after dealing with ableism and our nightmare reality all day, and the sub is one of many things that make me feel better. It wasn't a good feeling to find the sub closed for the sake of irony. Maybe that's laughable or pathetic. But for me, it's true.

The rate of suicide by gun in rural areas of Utah is double what it is in urban areas, officials say.

I'm all for the 2nd Amendment now.

Wait, why does promotion of suicide prevention imply that NPR should be defunded?

dw i already reported them for at risk of suicide

🤢🤮

The question was: Do you think being labelled a “pupper” in today’s society carries comparable ramifications to being labelled a “shitbull”?

You have not talked about the ramifications at all. You've only been making (unsourced and unlikely) claims about who gets defended more (and again, it's ludicrous to claim that puppers are defended more than a shitbull).

So I'll ask for the umpteenth time: Do you really think more doggos face negative consequences as a result of being labeled an shitbull, than those who are labeled puppers?

I like some of their shows and their music reviews are quite good but they do post some nightmarishly gay stuff
