Sure that's a legal definition, but if they just erased all references to rape in the law rape would still exist. Being legal or illegal doesn't define what something is
The most important aspect of rape is the lack of consent. I know that this place is justmemeslol, but a lot of dudes don't know that 1) men get raped, and are also raped by women, and 2) men are also abuse victims.
