I still can’t comment on rrDrama and I don’t know why

tbh, I always though of redditors being skinnyfat.

Me on the left

You're an asshole, Jeff.

The absolute audacity of suggesting vegetables to redditors.

I miss fph

Put the fork down and go for a walk fatty, it's not hard.

Do any of them actually know how to diet?

I think one of them had to wait an extra 7 minutes at mcdonalds drive though once. Does that count?

Just stoping industrial suger consumption is so ez and effective, but most people are weak willed.

Seriously. Most Amerifats just need to eat less sugar. They get duped by believing that granola bars with 8 grams of added sugar are healthy. The other half is that people just over eat. You don't have to be full to be done eating.

Imo less of a problem of eating till your full, and more of a problem of eating every time you begin to feel hungry.

Sugars, along with carbohydrates(to a lesser degree) make you feel full after eating a lot more of them than you need. Foods with fats in them are more filling psychologically and you won't be hungry for a longer period of time, even with the same number of calories eaten for each type of food energy.

THE THING THAT NEVER WORKS?

oh wait sorry i thought you said 'hope'. wrong 4 letter word.

Diets are miles better than (((hope))).

Diets don’t work. I tried it once and when I went back to my old diet I gained all the weight back.

So I hear! Like 97% of them end that way.

Problem clearly must be dieting as a concept.

I actually gained even more weight, so clearly the diet is worse than not dieting at all. Then I discovered HAES and realized I could be a death fat and still be healthy.

Lol they are so offended.

My favorite take is the whole, "well obesity can be a mental issue" and it's follow up "therefore its okay to be obese because you can't help mental issues"

Like what?

I think it's actually the other way around. Fatties die faster, so they cost less to the medical system.

Fewer fatties would reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

Pit the HAES vs doomsday enviros

tfw no swole ecofash death squads

The ideal healthcare system for the US would be single payer that excludes fat people, smokers, and drug addicts but covers pre-existing conditions not caused by the former tbh

Hot take: Being obese is sometimes a genetic condition or whatever but you should still exercise regardless.

Also, I should raiding that thread. Jesus this is just making me pitiful for humanity.
