Degenerates figured out how to exploit a companies shitty accounting to get millon dollar loans with a couple thousand in colateral and mediocre credit. Degenerates then go and gamble with said money by doing the financial equivalent of buying a lotto ticket that has a 10% chance of paying off. Since they're all poor morons with no assets, and there are federal laws that make it illegal for the company to lend out what they did, the company is never going to see that money again and might get fined into oblivion.
