So am I missing something here, or did nobody else read the actual bill? I don't see any mention of dog-fucking in the text. It only concerns animal "crush" videos.

No, you misread that.

“(2) the term ‘animal crush video’ means any photograph, motion-picture film, video or digital recording, or electronic image that— “(A) depicts animal crushing; and “(B) is obscene;

The "and" there is important. They did not expand the definition of crush videos. They clarified it. A now-illegal crush video both depicts an animal being crushed/tortured AND is obscene in nature. The additional requirement of obscenity is to prevent ordinary, non-fetishized depictions of animal death from running afoul of this new law.

Here is the actual legal definition of animal crushing, straight from the text:

the term ‘animal crushing’ means actual conduct in which one or more living non-human mammals, birds, reptiles, or amphibians is purposely crushed, burned, drowned, suffocated, impaled, or otherwise subjected to serious bodily injury

You'll notice there's still nothing about getting railed by a dog. Which means that white foids are still free to bang their GVLDEN RETRIEVER boyfriends. Which means Trump actually supports dog fuckery.
