Not really. Kids are very slippery. Turn away for one moment and they’re gone. I’m thinking the kid was playing in the street, and when the mom turned away for a second, they decided to do something stupid.

Yeah letting your kid ride a scooter next to a busy road while hitting your ecig is just one of those things that happens to everyone. My kids run into traffic all the time, it just happens! You aren't a terrible parent, foid bitch, its the kid's fault!
