Ghosting someone can leave the other person with a lot of questions and conflicting emotions. Are they not interested anymore? Did I say something wrong? Did I say something weird? Should I not have expressed that thing I said even though I was just giving my honest thoughts? Should I not be this honest with other people? Have they ghosted me or are they just busy? Am I being over the top? Should I send another message? How long do I wait until I should give up on this person?

I get being upset at being ghosted but throwing a foid freak out on reddit over it is just stupid lol. Do these people not know that they shouldn’t post every minor inconvenience to reddit?
What makes it so pathetic to me is this isn't even one of those "we had sex three times I made him breakfast and he ghosted me" or "she went on three amazing dates with me and she ghosted me" which I can empathize with because that does suck. It's "omg we were great pen pals and now they won't message me back!?"
This is why I don't smalltalk except a few snarky pings before meeting a girl because the first 5 minutes of meeting someone is way more informative than 1000 texts and I don't like girls that are glued to their phone 24/7 anyway.
