I am only recently getting into spicy food, I really enjoy gochucjang because it has a flavor of it's own in addition to being a nice slow burn instead of some faggot flavorless tobasco type of shit, otherwise Asian cooking tends to use white pepper instead of black pepper, the ratio here would be Tbsp. When it was in the pan it was nice and spicy, when I ate it later it was half and spicy, and when I reheated it it was mostly gone so it might need double the amount, not sure what's going on there

Here is the ratio I used, I omitted the salt since I was using spam and salami, I added more at the end until it was where I liked it,
3 Tbsp Soy sauce 3 Tbsp Oyster Sauce 1.5 Tbsp Sugar
A bunch of green onions
Ginger n garlic n shiet
2 Tbsp Korean red pepper paste(gochujang)
