Africa is one of the richest places in the world, mineral wise, but the problem is they're still stuck in tribal times for a lot of it.
So if Bill Gates funnels enough money into it, saves the kids, lets them grow, improves their technology and government, people like Bill will be able to swoop in with their American businesses to finish the rape of Africa.
Prove me wrong.
