In my case just the part with the emotions turned down without depression or having been culturally enriched as a child or anything, but there's a patent for a similar MCR5 antagonist drug out that has examples of patients with family histories of depression, post partum depression, and MDD and GAD brought on by a divorce also being treated via this mechanism
