Recurring Dream I Had As A Child

As a child I had a recurring dream. I would be woken in the middle of the night by Betelgeuse. He would pull me out of bed with the help of 6-7 other monsters. They would wrestle me out of my bedroom to the staircase. They would then begin dragging me down the stairs while ripping off my clothes. They would put bars of soap in my mouth and stick a toothbrush up my ass. They would throw me around and drag me up and down the stairs. To this day I don't know what it means.

So I was abducted? I was convinced I was at one point after I woke up with a strange mark on my thigh. I was obsessed with aliens as a child though so when I told my parents they did not believe me, they told me I was making up stories.

Okay, I Googled what a mantid is and I didn't ever see anything like that in my dream. Also, in all of my books of aliens, they were never depicted in that way. So I guess it is possible, but I am not convinced. How should I move forwards?
