So instead of recalling the ambassador through official channels at State, he calls up a dude he denies knowing and tells him to take her out. Also, the guy he called has nothing to do with the government other than being the president’s personal lawyer’s fixer in Ukraine.

Give me any plausible reason he would repeatedly deny knowing Lev and then be on tape with him. I defy you to justify with logic that what he did makes sense over firing someone through their job like a normal person.
