I totally get what you're saying. All three of my siblings have had kids within the last two years. At the baby shower for my brother's baby, my sister in law referred to herself multiple times as "the queen of the day". Ya, great. Weren't you also queen of the day at the engagement party the family threw for you? And at the wedding shower? And then your actual wedding? Not to mention the bachelorette weekend we all had to fly to attend. It can be quite exhausting when you're the only one not following Life Script and you have to support family and friends through every stage.
