One Year Anniversary of My Diet

Today is the one year Anniversary of following my custom Diet. I follow the exact same regimen every day. It is important to follow your Diet exactly as you plan it. This is what Mine looks like:

7:00 a.m. - I hard boil one egg. I remove the shell and then swallow the egg whole, without chewing. Swallowing the egg whole allows for a slow, steady release of nutrients throughout the day. Absolutely no Salt is allowed.

2:00 p.m. - Lunch Time, my favorite meal of the day. I eat one Baked Potato. There are two important aspects regarding the preparation of this Potato:

First: the Skin must be removed.

Second: the Potato must be squished, this helps with digestion.

Again, absolutely no Salt is allowed.

7:00 p.m. - Finally, dinner. This is where I "Treat" myself. For dinner I eat two cups of Post Consumer Brands Grape Nuts. The Grape Nuts are to be consumed dry. Once more, absolutely no Salt is allowed.

Beverages:

Throughout the Day, I drink one Beverage at the start of each hour:

It is a mixture of 50% Ice, 49% unFiltered Tap Water and 1% Lemon Juice.
