Unfortunately I’m only a student teacher so my power in the classroom is limited! Once I finish my student teaching, I’ll have the authority to either write the kids up or call home! But being an intern I have very little power! It’s a very fine line to walk trying to assert authority but having zero back up! Gotta fake the authority so kids don’t try me (but these boys obviously do!).
