One of the easiest Asian recipes possible, made this earlier, pretty good. Has a more subtle decent flavor since the only components to the base dish are chicken, rice, and salt+garlic/ginger/maybe scallion. Didn't personally enjoy the miso sauce though, I won't be making that part again.
First time I ever made Hainanese rice, I picked this one in particular because it's the only one that had amounts for chicken thighs and I don't buy whole chickens there galaxy brain
