So this one blue dot is from someone who identifies as being African-American but the huge genetic distance they have from full Africans and from even mixed-race Africans shows this person is genetically closer to whites then they are to Blacks.

Except without any labels your graph could be any 2D graph (the output of every clustering algorithm pretty much looks like that).
