I've realised that I can discipline myself through the concept of cuckoldry.

I wanted to jump back into a bad habit of mine yesterday but I didn't out of a desire to cuck myself out of a pleasurable experience. I felt a rush of euphoria from the self-denial. I think I'm going to use this more often in my life.
