Did past flus result in 10% of the world population in quarantine? And that's not MSM overreacting, that's the Chinese government that couldn't give a fuck about their citizens wellbeing and would certainly prefer having no quarantine disrupting their productivity, but still see the virus as enough of a threat to take such drastic measures.
