A few years ago my aunts (the medium and another) and I were having a conversation and I was talking to them about my anxiety and how certain people (even people I don’t know who are just in my presence) give me anxiety, large groups make me exhausted even when I’m not doing anything, and how I get strong “feelings” about people or events, whether positive or negative. I even told them of times where I’ve heard people say small things when no one else is around (rarely, but it has happened) and that I’ve dream of several things that have come true, and I get these “gut feelings” when something is wrong and I’m usually always right. These are all things I’d just always chalked up to my mental illnesses. My medium-aunt said she believes I’m an empath, and even furthermore that she believes I have a gift like her.
