Mainland Europe is even worse. It's the news. As a Fleming, there is at least 3x the amount of news about the US than all neighboring countries + EU combined.

Watch any YouTube travel channel from Europe and you see them gushing about their US trip and wishing they could stay. I'm just happy it's easy to keep them to their visa limit and make them leave when it's up. If they want to stay, at least they can marry some (in|fem)cel here.
That is actually very true. I visited Europe and everyone would tell me how they miss the days before 9/11 cause they could overstay in the US and no one would care.

Yeah it’s odd. Go to r/politics or r/news or whatever, the US centric subs and there is always coping euros. But I rarely see people in the US doing to opposite. I mean europoors are irrelevant but I digress.
