And instead of curing all human disease, he would mandate that it only be allowed to use in a free2play game where you have a perfect simulation of a 1960's segregation protest. You could fill a negro's lungs with water and perfectly simulate drowning, beat him and have blood under his skin form bruises accurately, and even sic dogs on him and view a german shepherd tear apart multiple layers of skin and nerves in any camera angle at any speed.
