If he wins PA - which is very likely, he'll probably win the other relevant states too. Biden is just way more likable than Clinton. He's got way more appeal to white midwestern voters than Clinton.

A couple of days earlier, I’d gone into one of those businesses to buy Polish jelly doughnuts. The place smelled like pure sugar, advertised polka dancing lessons and had a picture of Joe Biden on the wall. The woman behind the counter was lovely and insisted on giving me free doughnuts when she found out I was visiting from New York. It felt like a Cleveland hug of kindness, the kind of out-of-nowhere warmth I miss on the East Coast. Would Dukes have felt comfortable walking in, I wondered.

Very likely to win PA is harder to say. As a PAcel I can’t understate how many here love Trump. I pass so many TRUMP 2020 flags on my daily commute it makes my head spin. All the elderly I meet here love Trump. Rural PA is a cinch for him, it’s just going to come down to how many Dems in Philadelphia put down their pipes long enough to go outside and vote.

I don't think Trump would lose rural PA - but I think he'd do worse than facing Clinton because Biden has higher approval ratings there.
PA was razor thin in 2016, Biden has to improve on Clinton very little to take it.
