I read the thread for awhile and partway down, one of them lays out why it is a US bioweapon. It hinges on:
A biohazard lab was shut down in Washington (state) for failing safety checks, in August 2019. Washington state has the highest rate of confirmed infections in February and March 2020.
Someone points out that the lab he’s talking about is in Maryland, almost as far from Washington state as you can get.
He comes back with “no I meant DC, it borders Maryland.”

I’m self-quarantining over this whole thing and if I have to read one more post like this I’m going to break it and just walk around Chinatown coughing when I catch it if I have to read one more post like that. I can’t deal with months of my only human interaction being this sort of shit.
