Before AHS shuts this place down for being too based we should take efforts to prevent this therefor I believe we should turn this into an educational subleddit once a week il post a book that is good give a shitty synopsis and encourage you autists to read it.

This weeks books is going to be la peste. La peste is about some gay french doctor in some arab shithole but before the arabs were allowed the freedom to go to war with eachother.

in this arab shithole there is a plague (hence the name la peste being french for the plague) and the story focuses on a dr who is a stoic nigga and all the fun characters he meets like a tranny that's CIS but still wants to do tranny things like kysing himself and a faggot journalist that went to the town to get the big scoop on the plague but got stuck in the quarantine and then escapes with the help of the MC.

the book is written by albert cammel who is known for doing pretty good stoic literature like the stranger.

anyway since all you fags are out of work or college you got no excuse to read it il be making a thread next week for you autists to discuss it and with a new book to read.

I read the first half of La Peste a very long time ago but I got distracted by something and never finished it. Was a good book though.

At that time Oran was considered a part of metropolitan France every bit as much as Paris was. So really it's a book about europoors being so poor that they have literal plague outbreaks in the 20th century.

Oran has always been and is still a shithole tbh. The only pretty side of the city is the remains of the french colonization (their architecture specifically) other than that, the rest is a3rd world hell hole.

I recomend war and peace, not to seem pretentious but hecause i had fun listening to it on Audible(tm), you forget the begining by the time you near the end but hey Napoleonic era is pretty sweet, also Napoleon is the anti christ but kinda not and free will is a thing but also like not and Napoleonic warfare has alot of marching that would suck im happy we have cars and shit now, read the book one! ALSO FREEMASONS N SHIET. I think the old prince was pretty based but i can't remember thank you for reading my book review, FUCK marachel Ney and fuck you if you think Napoleon didn't deserve the W.
