We’re doing drugs. If i wanted to hear “don’t do it man” or any other sort of social stigma about wanting to put meth in my ass I would have asked my mom what her thoughts were. Obviously if I’m ready to put meth in my ass and I want to know whether or not I should take a shit first, I’ve already made up my mind. It’s going up there.
It's not even just plain vanilla obese. It's a BMI of 36, which means that it can qualify as morbid obesity if they have any obesity related health conditions (which they probably do).
For reference, at 6'2":
195 pounds (BMI >25) is overweight.
234 pounds (BMI >30) is obese.
273 pounds (BMI > 35) is stage 2 obesity. If there's any related health conditions it's morbid obesity.
312 pounds (BMI > 40) is stage 3 obese, and is always considered morbidly obese, even if they're 100% fine on everything.
350 pounds is super obese (BMI > 45)
390 (BMI 50) pounds they need to call in construction machinery to get you out of your home and into hospital.
I used to binge eat after work to calm the stress. Now, the thought of eating an entire frozen pizza or an entire bag of chips absolutely disgusts me to my core.
When you need a pandemic to realize eating like a pig is repulsive

Kind if odd that a nurse needs to see someone dying of pneumonia firsthand to realize that being obese makes everything worse
