You’re thinking of an STNA or HHA. Those are the ones the nurses tell to change the diapers. Shitty job, shitty pay, they never stay at the same place of employment for longer than 6 months 1 year max.

Yeah it’s just an American thing then. Nurses here get paid well and have to get a real degree. Nurses are well respected and have STNA (state tested nursing assistants) to do that bullshit work like cleaning bed sores and getting called racial slurs (take a guess on what race is dominant in the occupation). 1.6 k euros a month is like max pay most of them get. Nurses usually earn ~$60k freedom dollars here.
