It's not 10% mortality, it's just that 10% of the confirmed cases have died. There are tens, if not hundreds of thousands of people who have it, or did have it, but haven't been tested.

I gave some thought to that phone thing last night.
They have phone bills in China right? I know they have cellular carriers. So do they have bills? Or is it just provided?
They must have phone bills, why else would they make anything better than shitphones? They're not really exporting them to the west much.
Is it possible those 15 million people didn't pay their bill because they were trapped inside and didn't have the money?
I don't know if they have phone bills, but that would be my guess.
