Troids always say that being a troid means you are born with a brain in the wrong body.

That would mean that they would always have known they are troids.

So if a middle aged weirdo says they finally realized they are troids, they are not real troids, they simply are attention whores AKA narcissistic personality disorder.

But if a troid is gonna tell me that it's not always the same. Every troid is different.

Then that would mean they become troids when gender dysphoria hits them. Like boomers, dementia can hit you at different ages.
