I care about landlords getting a return on their investment (that's what being a landlord is, it's an investment, meaning you're not guaranteed a return) about as much as I do stock traders: not at all. You should only invest money you can afford to lose.
People should not genuinely invest in the growth of individual companies or the economy.
Instead, they should hold basic human needs ransom and see how that plays out
