As some of you may know, the china virus has resulted in work from home requirements that have affected many living in the USA. These requirements have affected me as well, and normally, this would be no issue. However, my firm has decided to continue to increase its diversity, improving from 20% to 50% female recruitment, resulting in females being added to my deals team. I now have to listen, for what feels like hours on end, to a female associate who has the brain capacity of a purse dog. Have you ever listed to a female trying to explain something? It is no simple endeavor if their bodies don't alleviate their droning. I do not think I can listen to them on conference calls for a minute longer. In fact, I'm typing this as one of them is speaking right now.
advice on next steps please

What propaganda? Where would they hear it? Because they hear the exact opposite from: every TV station, all of Hollywood, the entire education system from kindergarten to postgraduate, all large political parties in the Western world, every tech platform bar none, and any other established entity.
