It will be difficult, because 99% of Americans associate the word "incest" with some creepy father or step-father molesting his underage daughter, etc. We may have to go under a blanket "sexual freedom" organization or something like that, and make common cause with polygamists, polyamorous groups, B&D and S&M groups and so on to get enough people together to lobby the legislatures.
A huge step forward would be to get ACLU or some other organization to consider trying to defend an incestuous couple that was arrested and charged. We should be building a "defense fund" now, because it's just a matter of time before an incestuous couple winds up charged with committing incest. The court case that changed the laws against gay sodomy started just like this.
There is a website that advocates for "Full Marriage Equality," which includes both gays and incestuous couples. This might be a good place to start. Any opinions?
