These kind of people don't run or do any meaningful exercise. They might have something trendy like a Peloton that they use a couple times a month for less than half an hour.
A bunch of about 10yo kids (like 5 of them) were playing near a high rise apartment building. That angered one of the inhabitants so much that he through a big bag filled with water on them from like the 10th floor. It fully hit one of the kids, snapping his neck. The video ended with the kid lying on the ground without moving and the other kids screaming in horror.
Top post of r/justiceserved for a while. Because these fuckers deserved to be killed for being kids while corona.
