there's a very bizarre movie called the alcoholist where a drunkard who had his wife killed by his neighbor or something is encouraged by a social worker to go and murder the guy which he does, at one point he experiences full on psychosis because he drinks while taking anti-psychotics, this reminds me of that. might go watch that now.
