Don't get me wrong. This is a wise move on China's part. But one can't help but notice it comes after weeks of China bitching about 'racism' towards their own country.
No way. China has stolen total IP and created competitors with for US businesses with said IP. The losses could be half the entire GDP of the US. Most of the IP theft is just one "Chinese American" walking out the door with a thumb drive or five.
One guy walked out with every bit of research and the entire plans for the F35 program. He was literally in charge of the entire thing, and his whole family lived in China. The direct loss was over $1,000,000,000,000 with one flight, but including the fact that it saved China all the previous R&D, it was likely much higher.
If you factor this in, every Chinese citizen has a net netative contribution to GDP as high as ten blacks.
Recently, another walked out with 100% of Tesla's IP.
Edit: We could give ever nigger in this country a brand new s500, rolly, and some cheap rims to replace the tasteful stock ones... for the price of importing a single dog-meat restaurant.
And that's just easily calculated data, don't forget about things like all the potential blackmailing they can do to anybody who had, or attempted to have, a security clearance a few years ago. Whose to say that this wasn't used to strongarm previously good, God-fearing Chinese-Americans into doing these IP thefts?

From what I've heard from friends back in China, the situation isn't good for foreigners in general right now, but for some reason Africans are getting the worst of it.
