If I could get by with no makeup, I’d do it. But it’s like you’re viewed as lazy and you don’t “try” with a total bare face, at least in my office. And no, I’m not talking about natural makeup which is still an art form of itself.
So when I do it, I have fun with it - colorful eyeliner, purple or blue lipstick, sometimes a soft glitter on the cheeks - and that is purely for me, and not what others think, because for some reason people are more comfortable around a girl with purple lipstick than no makeup at all!
Why come hoes put on makeup "for themselves" when they're out in public, but they don't dress up "for themselves" when they're sitting around the house?
