This take is r/T_D tier, this only makes sense if your idea of "the left" is only in terms of social policies like abortion, gay marriage, and immigration. The centrists (in economic terms) aren't compromising and voting for the leftists, the leftists are compromising and voting for the centrists. The social and fiscal liberalization of American politics has been bipartisan, your average elected republican nowadays wants immigrantion and gay marriage just as much as your average democrat did a couple years ago. The solution to this problem is for a third positionist to gain influence that is simultaneously economically leftist/populist and socially conservative, this is what Trump represented in 2016 and its why he won, though he for the most part hasn't really governed on the same values he campaigned on. We'll see how Tucker Carlson does when he inevitably wins in 2024.
Morrowind and Skyrim. I started with Morrowind as a kid, and I love every single part of it besides the generic npc tourism terminal dialogue. I love how moddable Skyrim is and how good it can look, but it's a mediocre game otherwise. Never have been able to get into Oblivion, but I really haven't set aside the time to mod it how I'd want it to play. I also play a lot of the Elder Kings mod for Crusader Kings 2 though. It's a full overhaul set on Mundus and really fleshed out.
