So I (16F) have BPD, MDD, anxiety, and ADHD, as well as trauma from incidents that I don't want to get into on here. Anyway, one of my triggers that brings up at least a panic attack every time it happens is listening to Ed Sheeran (there are some songs that are worse for me than others, but in general, his voice or songs trigger me).
