why are literally zero of these drugs or surgical procedures FDA approved as safe and effective for ANY of this usage?

the problem isn't how people treat them. it's the psych problem of emotional splitting. normal well adjusted people have feelings and beliefs and then when faced with facts that contradict those, they adjust their feelings and beliefs. you peepeechoppers are just one category of people with an emotional splitting disorder. you have a feeling of one thing, and despite all facts and evidence contradicting that, you refuse to override that feeling, and instead, you consider reality to be wrong. it's a common symptom in severe emotional disorders but it also happens with religious and political beliefs. not being able to reconcile those feelings with reality causes extreme mental anguish. in some people the pain from hearing facts that contradict their erroneous world views is measurable via MRI.
The FDA is slow in their process. No matter how you view psychology and other "sciences" the truth is that multiple research teams have done a massive amount of studies that prove that the side effects aren't dangerous and that the HRT and SRS are healthy and safe choices for trans people

And i mean sure i don't know why it ain't fda approved but does it need specifically fda approval if a bunch of other medical facilities do approve of its usage?
I can imagine all sorts of cool outfits that show off my ball cleveage, for the office, for the pool, weddings and any sort of occasion.
Wearing ball cleavage shorts will allow us men to use our assets to flirt with women who are in power in hopes of gaining some unfair advantage over those who are less endowed.

If you still think you know better than biologists, geneticists, psychologists, psychiatrists, almost every major study conducted on the subject (of which I have cited over 250 here), and the largest health organizations in the world, then please feel free to suggest a treatment that works better and support it with evidence.
