In reality, no one told her to “get skinny.” People are more polite than that, even on Twitter. She obviously tells herself she needs to lose weight; a thought which must recur in her mind a thousand times a day. She’s projecting her own internal insecurities on phantom Twitter trolls.
If you just want to get across the idea that you’re happy the way you are, then just say that. Don’t invent a story about being prosecuted by others.
