I can lose weight pretty rapidly if I eat 1800 calories a day. I have done so in the past. My weight just doesn't bother me enough for me to limit how much I eat at this present time. It's something I do have control over but choose not to do anything about. I'm guessing you don't understand how calories even work because you are retarded. You probably think that people are 'naturally obese' and that's just 'part of who they are'. Lol
