What kind of person would actually waste time stalking the internet to find "bad people" and "expose" them? Who would actually get some sort of pleasure out of that?
People with a guilty conscience. People who feel so shitty about themselves that they perform a public service (exposing bad people) to make up for their sins.
Obviously its not actually a public service, as nobody gives a shit, but in their minds it counts.
