I haven't had a partner in quite some time (by choice, fwiw), and one day when I was going through the hassle of shaving I just stopped and went "why?". No one was in that area except my obgyn. I've actually remember reading a while back that doctors don't really recommend shaving everything. It's been a while, and I think it wasn't really a scientific study or anything, more just opinion based, but it has stuck in my head. Lately, I've been working with an RE and my doctor nor the many nurses that have been down there many times in the last year haven't said a thing about being unshaven.
